Scope of Warranty

All architectural design services provided by Hampstead Architects are warranted to be free from defects in design and compliance with all relevant planning and building regulations at the time of project delivery. This warranty is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of project completion.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers any errors or omissions in our architectural designs that may affect the structural integrity, safety, and planning compliance of the projects we undertake.

Warranty Claims

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Hampstead Architects will, at its discretion, provide the necessary corrections at no cost to the client. To file a warranty claim, clients must contact us within the warranty period with detailed documentation of the issue.


This warranty does not cover problems due to external factors including, but not limited to, alterations made by third parties, misuse of the design, or damages caused by natural disasters. It is also contingent on the client adhering to all maintenance and preservation guidelines recommended by Hampstead Architects.
