All architectural design services provided by Hampstead Architects are warranted to be free from defects in design and compliance with all relevant planning and building regulations at the time of project delivery. This warranty covers any errors or omissions in our architectural designs that may affect the structural integrity, safety, and planning compliance of the projects we undertake. For more information on the regulations and standards we adhere to, please review our Legislation Page.
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Hampstead Architects will, at its discretion, provide the necessary corrections at no cost to the client. This warranty does not cover problems due to external factors including, but not limited to, alterations made by third parties, misuse of the design, or damages caused by natural disasters.
